Product structure and basic principles
The autobackwash drum filter use a rotating drum to filter. The outside of the drum has a dense 316L stainless steel screen. The drum can be driven by a motor through a gear. Outside the microfilter box, there is a pump. The clean water filtered through the stainless steel sieve is removed by the water pump. When the water level is low enough, the water level controller induces and starts the high-pressure cleaning pump and motor. The drum rotates under the action of the motor. Meanwhile, a row of nozzles above the drum pushes the high-pressure water mist into the sieve. The dirt attached to the inner part of the sieve is washed into a dirt collecting slot in the inner part of the drum and then flows out through the sewage pipe. So as to separate solid particles from water。
The operation of the whole machine is fully automatic, but there are certain requirements for the placement of the microfilter. That is, the highest water level of the microfilter should be higher than the highest water level of the fish pond.

When the dirt inside the barrel is washed, the water level inside and outside the barrel remains flat as the barrel rotates. The microfilter goes into the next cycle.

Instructions
1.While the drumfilter is backwashing, the filtration process is still maintained. And the barrel does not rotate without backwashing. So the actual power consumption of the microfilter is minimal.
2. In addition, the upper edge of the box of the microfilter is higher than the surface of the water to be treated, so there is no need to worry that water will overflow the microfilter.
3. When the water level is lower than the alarm level, the control center of the microfilter will issue an alarm and close the drain pump to prevent the pump from being damaged due to idling.
4. The leakage switch of the control center will stop the power supply automatically when the circuit of the microfilter is short circuit and other failures occur.
